Solution Do I have to remember the PIN for each recording or is there another way?

The pin number is given at the end of each call so you can login and add that recording to your account. We appreciate however, for regular callers, this can be a pain, and pin numbers can be lost/forgotten easily, so we’ve added a new feature to overcome that issue.

In your user settings, there is a setting called  “Numbers I Call From”, place into here ALL of the number you want to record your phone calls from, so for example if you record your outbound calls from your home number 0161 222 1234  and say your mobile 07970 123 123 , enter both of these numbers. Next time you call you WONT be given a pin number and the call will connect faster and without as many prompts, we will recognise you from the number your calling from and place that recording into your “my recordings” page automatically,

This is a convenient way to use the service without having to remember the pin number given at the end of the call. You can have as many phone numbers as you like registered on your account and as usual there is no charge for this.

Note – If your in an office and don’t know the phone number your calling from, ring your mobile and see which number comes on the screen, try putting that number into “numbers I call from”, if your having difficulty, contact our support team who will be happy to help.
